Suzanne Halladay and Associates

Meet Suzanne…your Marin resource for tax planning, preparation and year ’round hand holding.

Fondly known as The Tax Diva, Suzanne Halladay loves helping companies with all the things they hate to do: organizing their financial information, tax planning, preparing and filing their returns. Most of all, she loves showing them how to maximize deductions and save money on their taxes. Unlike some income tax services, Suzanne doesn’t disappear on April 16. She is here to advise clients and answer questions year ’round.

Client-focused income tax services

As a San Rafael-based tax professional, Suzanne works with businesses and individuals in the Bay Area and as far away as Honolulu and Washington D.C. She offers friendly, personalized tax service by taking a real interest in her clients. Because to her, it’s more than just a numbers game. She cares about your business and takes the time to discuss your concerns and share in your triumphs.

From Bay Area bookkeeper to Enrolled Agent*

Suzanne started her Marin County bookkeeping service in 1977 and continues to offer that service for small to medium Bay Area businesses. In fact, for some clients, she functions as their virtual CFO. Over the years, she expanded her practice to include strategic tax planning and preparation. She prepares and files all types of documents, including personal 1040’s, corporate, partnership, estate and gift tax returns. And now, with the EA after her name, she also represents clients at IRS audits.
